RED Construction was founded in 2000. It has been constructing 6 storey building with two rooms and 8 storey building mostly in 40th street, Kyauttadar township, Pazuntaung township. Mini Condos are being built in townships. It built the construction mostly in downtown because it can be implemented in accordance with economy. In concern with development, it built mostly in Thaketa Township and new Dagon City Township. Mini Condo is being planned to build on Mandalay road, North Dagon.
He said that the buildings built by RED Construction are being built in accordance with the criteria laid down by Myanamr Construction Association and MCEA. In concern with the price of buildings, round about 60 million MMK valued apartments are built and sold mostly. They mostly build on the land purchased in Yaykyaw Township but in Thaketa and North Dagon, they build the give and take room system with the landowner. 2016 real estate market can be changed under (1) political situation, (2) the country’s economic situation and (3) the country’s real estate situation.
RED Construction focuses on ownership to ensure document integrity in purchasing the apartments. They took part in the biggest property expo held by iMyanmarHouse.com on 25th -27th December 2015. It is not important that sales were sold out in an Expo but it is important that the Expo could outreach the name of the company and the agencies would get many benefits from such kind of Expo.
