The 36th Blue Heritage Plaque was installed at Inya Lake Hotel in Yangon on February 18, according to reports. The design of Inya Lake Hotel was created by famous Soviet architect Viktor Semyonovich Andreyev and female architect Kaleriya Dimitriyevan Kislova. It was built between 1958 and 1962 and it became one of the modern architectures. The Yangon City Development Committee has begun drawing up car parking lines in Kyauktada and other six townships, according to YCDC. The colours are divided into three, namely, red, yellow and green and it will be charged K 200, K 300 and K 500 per hour according to colours, YCDC said.
