Organized by iMyanmarHouse.com, No.1 real estate site in the country, 14th Myanmar's largest property exhibition was completed in success on the last weekend of March (25th & 26th), 2023 at Pan Pacific Hotel (Level R) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The exposition was commenced with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the following persons:
(1) U Nay Min Thu, Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com;
(2) Ma Tin Hsu Mon Bo, DY Manager from AYA Bank which participated as Main Sponsor;
(3) Director U Wai Phyo Chal from Taunggyi Garden City which participated as Diamond Sponsor; and
(4) U Htate Kun Naung Myint Wai, CEO of Wa Minn Corporation which appeared as a Diamond Sponsor.
At the 14th biggest real estate fair in Myanmar, many housing projects all over Myanmar were available, and those who want to calculate the details of the Home Loan based on their family income could also attend and visit. In addition, legal services could be obtained as one stop for those who want to discuss and resolve real estate legal issues.
During the exhibition, more than three hundred thousand apartments, condos starting at more than two thousand lakhs, condos in Bangkok, Thailand, plots and detached houses in Yangon, Taunggyi Pyin Oo Lwin, Kalaw were available for purchase through home loans for up to 25 years.
During the event, 40 top Fans of iMyanmarHouse.com Facebook Page were rewarded with a lucky draw consisting of a new Samsung mobile handset (first prize), a gold ring (second prize), a gold pichu bracelet (third prize) and five thousand kyat, ten thousand Kyat worth of phone top-up cards.
AYA Bank is the main sponsor in this exhibition. Taunggyi Garden City, Wa Minn Group of Companies, Green Stone Realty, Golden City and Yangon Pauk Estate are Diamond Sponsors. KER Residence, Yoma Bank, Shwe Zabu Deik, Yoma Land and Royal Hill Resort participated as Gold Sponsors. During the largest event, apartments, condos and luxury condos built & being built by many well-known construction companies in Yangon, Mandalay, Pyin Oo Lwin, Taunggyi, Kalaw and Bangkok; plots of land which are solid in ownership for those who want to buy private land; and detached houses were available through installment payments, at special discount prices and via bank loans.
"This exposition is the biggest property expo in Myanmar, held for the 14th time. In this largest property sales event, interest-free installment systems, special discounted prices, bank loans, best installment systems, long-term installments and legally lawful purchase agreements were arranged for the buyers," said U Nay Min Thu, the managing director of iMyanmarHouse.com, which organized the exhibition.
