The plots of land in Shwe Pauk Kan Housing were able to be purchased with 10% discount in the sales event hosted successfully by iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar’s No.1 real estate site, in the corner of Bagan road and Circular road in 10+11 quarter, North Okkalapa Township where the housing is located from 10 am to 5 pm on 25th-26th (Sat & Sun) of June, 2022.
The Shwe Pauk Kan Housing is the project being developed on 10 acres of a grant land on Bagan road, Shwe Pauk Kan new town in North Okkalapa and its buyers will be able to apply for grant ownership under their name.
