iMyanmarHouse.com, No.1 property website in Myanmar, organized “Myanmar’s Biggest Property Expo in Yangon (4th Time)” successfully on 16th–18th December 2016 at Tatmadaw Exhibition Hall on U Wisara road.
The opening ceremony was opened by U Nay Min Thu, managing director of iMyanmarHouse.com and Mr. Gabriel Cheng, Yoma Strategic Holdings together with guests. The two also gave opening speech.
The main sponsors are Yoma Strategic Holdings (Star City) and Shine Construction Co., Ltd.. There were two digit thousands of visitors as the main sponsors and more than 50 businesses, including construction firms and real estate agencies took part in the expo so flats and condos were available at discount rates with installment plans from one year to 12 years. Therefore, the flats and condos valued more than 17 billion MMK (USD 12.6 million) were sold within the three days, data showed.
In total units, 133 units were sold as units of government subsidized housing were sold at a discount to 98 lakhs MMK as a special programme of the exposition.
“We (iMyanmarHouse.com) have a plan to sell units, like these, again co-operating with private businessmen. If so, the dream of each one to own a house will come true,” said U Nay Min Thu, managing director of iMyanmarHouse.com.
Also, during the days, the experts including U Ko Ko Htwe (Taw Win Centre), U Khin Maung Than (Myanmar Real Estate Service Association, MRESA), U Than Oo (Pillar Real Estate Agency), U Thet Naing Oo (Maverick Estate), U Peter (business consultant of Aung Thamardi Real Estate Co.,Ltd), U Kyaw Kyaw Hlaing (Smart Group of Companies), U Myo Myint (M.K.T Construction), U Sai Khung Noung (Sai Khung Noung Property), Hluttaw Lawyer Maung Kaung Phay, U Win Zaw (Construction and Housing Development Bank, CHD Bank), U Myat Thu Win (Shwe Minn Tha Foundation), and U Nay Min Thu (iMyanmarHouse.com) spoke general knowledge on real estate to the attendees.
Besides those, the expo included a lucky draw of Panasonic 32” TV, SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab J, Huawei handsets and electric things valued 50 lakhs for the visitors.
