“7th Myanamr’s Biggest Property and Lifestyle Expo” was successfully organized by iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar’s No.1Property Website on 15th – 17th December at Minder Grounds on U Wizara Road, Yangon.
In that Expo, the apartments, condominiums, single house and lands in Yangon, Pathein and Taungyi were showcased by (60) construction companies with the special discount prices and installment payments from (1) year up to (15) years.There were many visitors to the expo and the sales of more than (18.4) billion MMK (13.6 million USD) were sold out.
Moreover, the visitors could purchase the apartments, condos and single houses valued from 15 million up to 5 billion MMK of Sanchaung, Ahlone, Kyimyindaing, Yankin, South Okalapa, Thingangun, Tamwe, Minglartaungnyunt, Bahan, Hlaing, Insein, Kamayut, Mayangone, South Dagon, North Dagon, Hlaingtharyar, Dawpon, Thaketa, and Thanlyin Townships in one place. Furthermore, housing loans programs were served for the customers by YOMA, CB and KBZ banks.
Especially, the buyers were able to negotiate the initial payment and they could purchase with the long-term installment plans. Therefore, it was the recorded sales expo.
“This is the 7th Expo in Yangon organized by iMyanmarHouse.com. Both property and lifestyle products could be showcased. So, it was the most successful expo. Although we purchased with the installment plan, it was not different with the instant payment. There is no word to express how we are happy,” said Daw Moe Moe who lived in Thaketa.
During the expo days, the (15) professionals gave a talk and shared their knowledges about the property, business, and legal sectors.
It is known that mobile phones and electronic products valued about 5 million MMK were provided for luck draw programs as thanks giving to the visitors.
