The special sales offer event (Nay Pyi Taw) of plots of land of Kalaw Garden Paradise located in Innpyin, Kalaw Town was successfully held through iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar’s No.1 real estate site, at Grand Amara Hotel (Pinya Room) from 10 am to 5 pm on 8th, 9th & 10th (Fri, Sat & Sun) of July, 2022.
The first 10 buyers in the three days were offered fencing the frontage of the plot off, opportunity of interest-free installment payment, and up to 15 % discounts.
The Kalaw Garden Paradise is sited in Innpyin, which is the village in the southern Shan State’s Kalaw Town. It is being developed on a grant land of its developer and the buyers will receive the grant ownership under their name. The areas of the land plots to be chosen are 40x60 ft, 60x60 ft, 60x100 ft, and 100x100 ft. On the plots, the buyers can develop a building in types of one-floored, 1.5-floored, two-floored based on their preferred design.
