According to Naypyidaw City Development Committee, plots of land (80×80) worth K 250 lakhs were drawn lots for the second time at Dekkhina Thiri township, Naypyidaw Council territory on March 20.
The 88 and three additional applicants, 91 in total were selected by lucky draw system in front of a large audience, attendees and plot applicants, according to reports. The Naypyidaw City Development Committee is selling plots which are ready for the water supply, electricity and road. They were sold for additional applicants and residents in Naypyidaw.
The lucky draw winners must submit k 250 lakhs of a plot of land to the Urban Plannning and Land Management Department by the deadline April 30, 2020.
