Golden Zenith Company submits the proposal to build affordable housing units to Bago Region Chief Minister

Managing Director of Golden Zenith Company U Myint Than Oo and members proposed the project to build affordable housing units in Pyay Township, according to Bago Region Government.

First of all, Bago Region Chief Minister U Win Thein said that the demand for urban housing units will increase in line with the increasing population. A systematic urban housing unit must include roads, markets, hospitals/ clinic, schools, religious buildings, serviced government buildings, recreation places for the people. He welcomed the development of affordable housing for the people by connecting with the bank through 5 years installments.

The managing director of the company also explained the project management plan and the responsible engineer U Soe Naing demonstrated the designs of the building, roads, clinics, markets, recreation centers in power point.
