Dawei Special Economic Zone Management Committee plans to submit the lease and start the project

The Dawei Special Economic Zone Management Committee is preparing to deliver the conditions of the remaining projects for leasing the land and to start the main project, according to the committee's (2/2020) coordination meeting.

The committee's (2/2020) coordination meeting was held at the Yadanar meeting hall of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, office No. 27, on 4 March, 2020. At the meeting, they discussed the conditions for the remaining projects to be delivered on the lease and plans for starting the project.

Dr.Tun Naing, Chairman of the DSEZ MC presided the meeting which was attended by Daw Yi Yi Cho, Vice-Chairman (1) and Minister for Planning and Finance of Tanintharyi Region Government, Vice-Chairman (2) Dr.Myint San, Secretary Dr.Tin Htoo Naing from SPV Myanmar, U Than Aung Kyaw, Director General of FERD, U Kyaw Kyaw Naing, Deputy Director General of UAGO, DSEZ MC members, members of legal advisory team, external legal advisor Mr.Chris Hughes from SCM legal.
