The Thanlyin - Thilawa four-lane Industrial Road is going to be opened soon, according to Ministry of Construction.
The Thanlyin - Thilawa four-lane Industrial Road is a 4-foot-wide concrete road from the Thanlyin Bridge to the Thilawa Industrial Zone and was implemented with a cost of JICA ODA Loan of Japanese 4613 yen. It is 8.7 km long and is upgraded by 4-meter-wide drain, cables and communication lines.
Deputy Minister of Construction Dr. Kyaw Lin inspected the upgrading of industrial road on February 8 and met with officials of the project.
The project is already completed and therefore smoothen the project activities and electrical cables to be installed as fast as possible and the opening ceremony date of the Thanlyin-Thilawa four-lane Industrial Road is set to open soon, Deputy Minister of Construction Dr.Kyaw Lin instructed.
