In an old interview with NewScoop, Tanya shared: “I don’t know if the world has the kind of man I want. But, I don’t mind marrying a jobless guy. I don’t mind pressing his legs or touching his feet publicly. I truly believe that, in a relationship, there is nothing like chota bada (hierarchy).”
Calling herself a hopeless romantic, Tanya recalled the kind of things she did for her ex-boyfriend.
“When I was in a relationship, I was a hopeless romantic. I would bring a hot towel to wipe off my boyfriend’s hand after he finished his meal. And I know I will do the same with my husband. I personally want my husband to feel like a king”, said Tanya.
Explaining why she isn’t interested in marrying a rich man, Tanya shared, “Today, I own three factories. I have enough money. After all this, I can’t be wanting someone else to earn for me.
That will be wrong. For a change, I think men deserve to not worry about bringing food to the table. I will both earn as well as cook for my husband. I know all ‘ghar ka kaam’.” She added: “I strongly believe that we have started to overtake our husbands in the name of feminism, and this is wrong. Goddess Sita aso touched Lord Ram’s feet.”
