A new law office and civil-servant housing was opened in Dagon Myothit (North) Township on February 4.
The opening ceremony of the new law office and civil staff housing was attended by Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Phyo Min Thein, Yangon Region Hluttaw (Parliament) Speaker U Tin Maung Tun, Chief Justice of Yangon Region U Hla Aye, Yangon Region Hluttaw Deputy Speaker U Lin Naing Myint, Minister of Electricity, Industry, Transport and Communication Daw Nilar Kyaw, Minister of Immigration and Human Resources Daw Moe Moe Su Kyi, Yangon Region Advocate General Daw Khin Myo Kyi, Hluttaw Representatives, Regional law officials and government employees, according to Yangon Region Government.
The law office in Dagon Myothit (North) Township was funded by the Yangon Region Government with a budget of (129.6) million kyats and Bo Min Bo Company constructed the 45 x 40 feet wide and 12-foot (RC) one-storey building.
The four-storey building with four-roomed structure was built by the Yangon Region Government with a budget of 382.62 million kyats and Thar Htet Thar Company constructed the 60 x 50 feet wide and 45.5-foot (RC) building.
Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Phyo Min Thein and officials unveiled the signboard of the new law office by pressing the button and cut the ceremonial ribbon to officially open the new staff housing.
