The remaining 211 units to be sold for the fourth time by lucky draw system by the Yangon Region Property Sales Supervisory Committee, according to the Department of Urban and Housing Development.

The list of 696 people approved will be announced at the Yangon City Gallery on the ground floor of the Department of Urban and Housing Development at Botahatung township from January 27 to February 21, and 30 lakhs of MMK as a housing saving account are required for purchase to submit to CHID Bank. Those who are willing to purchase the units would make a choice at the Yangon City Gallery. The remaining units will be sold by lucky draw system and will be available until February 21.

Without a housing saving account or choosing any units, the right of your home purchases will be canceled.
