Myanmar Investment Commission has approved eight industries in the sector of electricity, livestock breeding, fishery and real estate development, according to the (2/2020) meeting held on January 24.
The meeting was held at the meeting hall of Myanmar Investment Commission and it was attended by U Thaung Tun, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and Chairman of the Myanmar Investment Commission and his entourage.
Myanmar Investment Commission’s meeting has approved eight industries including the construction of a 350- megawatt LNG power plant and generating and selling electricity in Thanlyin township, Yangon Region, livestock breeding and fishery sectors, real estate development sector, the industry and other sectors.
The investment amount of these project is $ 394.095 million and k 15220 and will create 1587 job opportunities for local workers.
