New city plots of land in Hakha will be sold in three classes, according to reports.
Hakha new city project was implemented under the new Myanmar Government and 717 land plots on 372 acres of land will be sold in three classes if meeting with the approval of the Union Government.
The sale prices are k 50 lakhs for (100 × 100) feet, k 35 lakhs for (80 × 80) feet, k 25 lakhs for (60 × 80) feet, k 10 lakhs for (40 × 60) feet.
The project was started with 676 areas of land and 717 plots of land on 372 acres of land are planned to sell and the remaining 304 acres of land will continue to be developed as plots of land.
There are around 2000 land plot applicants and there are plans to make road, water and electricity supply available.
