Those who have the right to purchase apartments released in the State-run newspaper in early January would buy housing apartments with Low-interest housing loan system.
Apartments would be sold by drawing lots system at the end of January, according to Urban and Housing Development Department.
Low-cost and affordable apartments priced at k66 lakhs to k600 lakhs in Hlaing Tharyar, Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) and Thanlyin (Thilawa)’s housing unit projects in Yangon Region would be sold with home loan system, said Urban and Housing Development Department.
CHID Bank was established for those who are willing to buy apartments. They could open a housing savings account in the bank by December 31, 2019, with a savings of at least K 30 million.
