Katie Price ‘refuses to leave’ mucky mansion as pals ‘worry she’s being deluded’

Katie Price is reportedly refusing to leave her £2million home, dubbed "mucky mansion" after she was declared bankrupt earlier this month.

The 41-year-old former glamour model was once worth a staggering £45million but now she faces being booted out of her beloved family home where she lives with her kids.

Katie could potentially face losing the property as part of a High Court ruling over her finances following a bankruptcy charge that was placed on her home on December 3.

But the reality star has reportedly told pals that she "refuses to leave" and has ordered her team of accountants to do whatever it takes to save her family home.

According to The Sun, a pal of the star said: “Katie is refusing to accept that she has to lose the house.

"She absolutely loves her mansion and has told the people in charge of her bankruptcy to find a way.

"She doesn’t see how or why she should have to leave the place where she and the kids are so happy.

"A lot of her friends are really worried. She’s behaving a bit deluded and is just seemingly refusing to face up to reality."

Katie bought the massive nine-bedroom Sussex mansion for £1.3million back in 2014.

The source continued: "Whenever anyone asks Katie where she will be living in the New Year she just changes the subject, shrugs and says she thinks everything will get sorted out."

A second source claimed that Katie is telling friends she has "nowhere else to go" due to having so many pets.

The source said: "She was staying at Kris's house until they fell out, now she's back in the annex.

"She hasn't had any luck finding somewhere to rent but she is looking."
