A Chinese firm Tongli demanded 20 acres of land location to implement a garment factory from Bago Regional Government according to Bago Regional Government. Tongli firm has met with Bago Regional Government and demanded land plot on 16 December.
Tongli has established garment factories in Shwe Lin Ban and Myaung Ta Kar industrial zones and its products are being exported to foreign countries.
Tongli is now willing to expend its investment. This is why it would like to lease land location. Bago Region Chief Minister U Win Thein welcomed the offering of investment by Tongli in Bago Region. Supervision Committee for Industrial Zones will assess the requirement of land plots.
And then the Committee will inform Tongli of its demand. The Committee would lease plots of land according to the rules and regulations of government which are expected to create 5000 job opportunities.
