George Michael's house has sold for £3.4million - three years after the Wham! star died there at Christmas.
A family which is new to the Goring-on-Thames area in Oxfordshire bought the 16th-century property last month, according to the Land Registry.
John Reid, a lawyer acting for George's family and estate confirmed Mill Cottage had been sold.
He told the Mirror: 'It was a place that he loved, not least for the privacy that it afforded him.
'We would therefore kindly ask that the new owners have their privacy respected and are able to enjoy the property as he did'.
The 53-year-old singer was found dead in his bedroom on Christmas Day 2016 by partner Fadi Fawaz, who claimed it was suicide.
But a coroner ruled in March 2017 George died of natural causes - dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and fatty liver.
The bulk of his estate and £97.6million was left to his sisters Melanie and Yioda, with smaller chunks going to his father Kyriacos and his close friends and former staff.
Nothing was left for Fadi.
A change.org petition has been set up calling for the Oxfordshire house to be made into a museum, with it racking up 2,500 signatures. Over the weekend, fans of the Careless Whisper singer were still visiting the house.
