Imagine owning your own private island surrounded by crystal clear seas complete with several homes to house family and friends who come to stay.
Well, it could be a dream no more if you have a mere £65million to hand, for that's the asking price of this island for sale in the Bahamas - although, there might be wriggle room to negotiate.
The dreamy property is still for sale as it has failed to capture the hearts of any billionaire property buyers, having been on the market for almost a year.
It is the most expensive overseas property currently for sale on website Rightmove - that's excluding commercial properties such as shops or offices, and private islands with no houses on them.
The island is called Little Pipe Cay and has several homes spread across it and 38 acres of land.
And if there is not enough rooms for your family and friends to stay, there is scope to add more accommodation if required, according to estate agent Knight Frank, which is handling the sale.
The property is in a district of the Bahamas called Exuma, which is made up of more than 365 islands. The name may be familiar to those who have seen a documentary about the doomed Fyre Festival event in 2017 - although, that was held on Great Exuma.
Knight Frank describes Little Pipe Cay as 'the crown jewel of the Exumas and one of the top private islands in the Bahamas, if not the Caribbean'.
The island has also featured in James Bond and the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
Access to the islands is via sea plane. Little Pipe Cay is 270 miles form Miami.
