Nothing comes between me and my Calvin’s — except a cool $6.5 million.
Designer Calvin Klein has decided to sell his minimalist-designed Chelsea office condo, which includes a large balcony and three sides of floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping views from the World Trade Center across the Hudson River and up to Hudson Yards.
Located on the 18th floor of the 20-story Chelsea Arts Tower, the 3,898-square-foot office with a 382-square-foot covered terrace has been Klein’s executive office since the building was developed in 2006 by Jack Guttman and Young Woo.
Architect Richard Gluckman designed the space, which has polished concrete floors.
Now, Stuart Siegel, the CBRE broker who was instrumental in its development at 545 W. 25th St. between Tenth and Eleventh avenues, is marketing the full-floor office along with colleague Matt Bergey.
The asking price does not include the nearly $90,000 per year in common charges and taxes.
“In my 29 years in commercial real estate, I haven’t seen a space this meticulously crafted with unmatched panoramic views,” said Siegel.
