Life's been good to him so far, but Eagles guitarist and solo artist Joe Walsh is still ready to change things up.
His 4-acre equestrian property in Encinitas, CA, recently popped up on the market with an asking price of $2,875,000.

Who would have thought you'd find a rock 'n' roll legend's equestrian estate in this San Diego County beach community? You might think he'd be more inclined toward the Rocky Mountain Way.

But this property, in the Olivenhein neighborhood, turns out to be the ideal spot for a horse ranch—the land is flat and it's adjacent to miles of riding trails. It's definitely not in the city.

The property also boasts an arena, pastures, corrals, a tack room, stalls for six horses, and even a horse shower.
The main house was originally built in 1997, and has undergone some renovations.

It now measures 5,635 square feet and has six bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
Walsh and his fifth wife, Marjorie Bach (sister of Barbara Bach, who is married to Ringo Starr), bought the sprawling property in 2007 for $3,079,500.

The world-renowned guitarist has a number of other properties, including some in the area.
