It is not the flashiest of developments but has great views and is surrounded by some of Manhattan’s best boutiques and restaurants.
Timberlake and Biel moved out a while ago and bought a four-bedroom duplex penthouse last June at 443 Greenwich, the glam, paparazzi-proof block where residents include screen stars Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence and Jake Gyllenhaal, and British pop heart-throb Harry Styles.
They're one of the Hollywood's most glamorous and high profile couples, and are just a handful of months away from celebrating their six-year wedding anniversary.
And Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel appear eager to hit their marital milestone with at least one of their luxury properties offloaded, as they've just reduced the asking price of their New York City penthouse by $1million.
The couple, who are the parents of three-year-old son Silas, initially put the 2,600-square-foot three-bedroom home up for sale for $7.995million in March, but have since advertised the SoHo Mews abode for $6.995million.
However, the stars are unlikely to be scrambling for a new property, as last year they splashed out just over $20million for a penthouse in the celebrity-packed 443 Greenwich Street building down the road - with residents rumoured to include Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence, Jake Gyllenhaal and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
The home Justin and Jessica are selling is based atop a complex designed by celebrated architect Gwathmey Siegel, and was originally purchased by the couple for $6.5 million in 2010.
The listed apartment comes with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, while an 850-square-feet terrace wraps around three sides of the building.
A spacious living area offers plenty of space to relax and unwind, with upholstered leather chairs and sofas stationed on either side of a large coffee table.
Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views across downtown Manhattan, while adding light and space to the property's already sizeable floor-space.
With bare white walls and custom wood paneling featuring throughout, the apartment has a sparse, minimalist look, underscored by its polished, clinically white kitchen and adjacent dining room.
The kitchen also features Valcucine cabinetry, a built-in refrigerator and oven and plenty of room for wine storage.
