Real Estate Market To Become Active With High Momentum

consider that the market is ready to be active again.
At present, not only the sales market but also the rental market become stronger than before, said the Vice Chairman of Myanmar Real Estate Services Association.
“During this month, the apartments, single houses and condos for rental are being more served. The permit lands are being under sales,” he said.
Down Town Area
In six townships of downtown area, the rental market such as economic rental, residential rental is leading in the real estate market. Only a few apartment sales are being served in the market, he added.
Bahan Township
In Bahan Township, the rental market is stronger than sales. The market is in good situation without fluctuation of prices. Especially, the spacious single houses are being sold out. The prices have not still attained like before.
Four Dagon Townships
In East Dagon, South Dagon, North Dagon and Dagon Seikkan Townships, both rental and sales are active. Most of the permit lands are under sales. The apartments and condos valued around K 50 million and K 1 billion are being under sales. Most apartments are being rented by the rental price between K 100,000 and K 300,000. In addition, the single houses are being rented by the rental price around K 1.2 million.
Industrial Land and Project Land
At present, the industrial land and project land are stable in the market. However, they can be being interested by the buyers due to the new industrial projects which will be implemented later. Most are interested in the project areas near the Yangon Myothit Project and Dala Bridge Project.
