More Than USD$ 1134 Million Of Investment Amount Have Accessed From Real Estate Sector

Around 10 businesses have accessed from real estate sector during 10 months of 2017-2018 fiscal year. As a result, more than USD$ 1134 million has been obtained from real estate sector, according to the Myanmar Investment Commission.

Starting from the early days of 2017-2018 fiscal year, Myanmar Investment Commission obtained nearly USD$ 5 billion of investment amount from commodity production sector, real estate sector and telecommunications sector. Among them, the access of real estate sector is USD$ 1134.437 million with 10 businesses, according to the statement from Myanmar Investment Commission.
Singapore is the most access of foreign investment in Myanmar. In addition, more businesses from China become accessed. At present, there are 23 foreign countries of foreign investments through 23 businesses.

During 10 months of 2017-2018 fiscal year, USD$ 4690.334 million of investment amount from 18 companies of various sectors has accessed. The access of investment in commodity production sector is USD$ 1850.194 million through 116 businesses. The access of investment in real estate sector is USD$ 1134.437 million through 10 businesses and the access of investment in transportation and telecommunications sectors is USD$ 696.099 million through 7 businesses.
