In East Dagon, South Dagon, North Dagon and Dagon Seikkan Townships, the transaction is normal. In North Dagon, the transaction was stable in the previous month but the plots are currently in sales, according to the news from the real estate agents. The plots valued about K70 million and K80 million are in sales. In the rental market, there are investment initiative as well as accommodation rental.

Yankin Township, Bahan Township and South Okalapa Township

There are many plots of land in these townships and both rental market and sales market are moderately good. It is noted that most of the customers inquire the single houses on spacious land.
