Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani has sold her luxury Los Angeles mansion to musician Jennifer Lopez and actor Ben Affleck for $61 million, reported Hindustan Times on Tuesday.
As per a report by Economic Times, Isha Ambani sold the property to the couple for a staggering amount of Rs 494 crore. If reports are to be believed, Isha Ambani spent a significant amount of time at the mansion during her pregnancy in 2022.
Mukesh Ambani’s wife and Isha Ambani’s mother Nita Ambani also stayed in the mansion along with their pregnant daughter.
Reports suggest that Isha Ambani’s mansion was on and off the market for the past five years, before it was sold to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez in a cash deal.
The massive mansion that belonged to the Ambanis spans over 5.2 acres in the super expensive Beverly Hills area.
The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion is spread across 38,000 square feet and comprises 12 bedrooms, a badminton court as well as a 155-foot infinity pool, added the report.
Located in a gated community (Wallingford Estates) in Beverly Hills, the 5-acre estate includes 12 bedrooms, a garage to park 12 cars, 24 bathrooms, an infinity pool, a separate space for outdoor games like basketball, a well-equipped gym with a boxing ring, and more.

Lopez and Affleck, who reunited during the pandemic in 2021, tied the knot in July 2022.
According to various online media reports, Lopez and Affleck had completed the transaction back in June 2023.
Prior to acquiring the property, Lopez had sold her Bel-Air mansion for $34 million, while Affleck offloaded his Pacific Palisades home for $28.5 million.

Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, who got married in 2018, live in a sea-facing mansion, Guita, located in Worli, Mumbai. The luxurious mansion was gifted to the couple by the Piramals - Swati and Ajay Piramal.
