The Martha’s Vineyard estate that Barack Obama rented during his time as president has hit the market for $17.6 million.
Obama, 62, leased the property in 2013 during his second term.
It last sold back in 2018 for $15 million.
Boasting panoramic Atlantic Ocean views and vistas of Chilmark Pond, the home was designed by Seattle-based architect Rick Sundberg and constructed by master builder Andrew Flake.
Known as the Chilmark House, the property has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and occupies over 7,100 square feet.
“Walking up to the front door you will see an enormous boulder that sits just inches away from the home. The massive stone was deposited on the property from a receding glacier long ago,” the listing notes.
Situated on nearly 10 acres, features include walls of glass and a modern kitchen with a fireplace, a family room.

Outdoor amenities include a heated infinity pool, fruit trees and a half basketball court.
