John Terry has reportedly sold his mansion for a massive £20million profit.
The former England footballer, 42, purchased the sprawling 18th-century seven-bed property in Surrey in 2019 for £4.1million.
Over the last few years, the ex Chelsea player has been renovating the pile with his wife Toni, also 42.
The Leicester City coach has now sold the home for a huge £23million, with a source telling The Sun: 'John and Toni have a real eye for interior design.
'They built a huge outdoor swimming area - with a bar - which is perfect for parties, and modernised other rooms.

'They put in a gym, and rebuilt the garages to host a fleet of luxury sports cars.'
Staff quarters were also added to the property and the sportsman has now bought another house nearby for £8million.
MailOnline has contacted a representative for John for comment.
When the sports star bought the property in 2019, it was his fifth property deal in the area in recent years.
He bought the house - set in eight acres of woodland - in the summer during the off season after retiring from playing and setting himself up as a successful property developer.
The stone and flint manor house, which was built in 1752 for the personal chaplain to the Earl of Ellesmere.
As well as a metal spiral staircase, the home had a large ornate fireplace and many other period features.
Before it was renovated, the main house had seven bedrooms, including a master with en-suite bathroom.

It boasted a modern kitchen/diner, master and guest suites and five further bedrooms.
There was also a library and study and a separate barn with the property hidden from view and accessed by a gated gravel driveway.
An annexe also included an en-suite bedroom and two further guest rooms with a self contained kitchenette.
The estate agent described the Terrys' property as an 'elegant and imposing period country house'.
The property description read: 'It's a magnificent 18th century brick and flint country house which has been sensitively extended over the years.
'The property is accessed via a private drive and is well positioned within its land to take advantage of the views over the gardens.
Unusually, for a building of this age and stature, it is not listed property.

'The original part of the house was built in 1752 and later extensions were added in the 20th century.
'The current owners have renovated and refurbished the property during their ownership, reinstating many of the period style features.'
The ex-Chelsea defender wanted to revamp the garage at his £4.35million Surrey mansion, so it can house his flash motors such as a Ferrari 275 GTB and a £2 million Enzo. He also planned to build an outdoor party space by his pool - with a covered seating area and bar.
Terry wanted to add a staff quarters to the garage, at the 18th century seven-bedroom pad he and wife Toni bought in 2019.
But after furious opposition from angry neighbours, Guildford Borough Council planning chiefs stuck the boot in to some of the star's grand proposals.
He added: 'No very special circumstances have been demonstrated which would outweigh the inherent harm to the Green Belt.'
The Premier League star wanted to replace the garage with a larger one to house his expensive car collection.
The plans said: 'The proposed development comprises a detached triple garage with accommodation for ancillary domestic staff within the roof space above to replace, and broadly in the same position as, an existing detached triple garage.
