An entire eco-village has hit the market for £2.6 million. The incredible site comes with seven fairytale-themed homes, a winery, restaurants and a shop.

Located in the Slavic mountains near the village of Gaitaninovo in Bulgaria, the picture-perfect Omaya eco-village is the perfect retreat from real life.

Nestled in 500 acres, there is an abundance of unique architecture and furnishings built entirely from natural materials. A winding path takes you to the Magic House, where everything in it is circular. This house features a common area with a bedroom, a table with a separate seating area, a fireplace, and a full bath.

Meanwhile, the Fairytale House is described as ‘the emblematic house of the village’ and the ‘personification of the fairytale residence in Omaya.’

Meanwhile, the open plan Air House lives up to its name as the chimney construction keeps it in the air.

Down a long road is the Shell House. Inside the spacious, modern clay house (in the shape of a shell) there is a bedroom and an extra bed, a fireplace, and a full bath.

Next is the Tunnels House, which is dug into a mountain slope. The rooms of this house pass like a tunnel into each other and lead to the forest meadow and a pond.

Finally, the Lake House is built on the shores of one of the lakes in the village. The house has two separate rooms with double beds and individual bathrooms.
