The island, which is listed by estate agents Knight Frank, has views that faces both Kintyre and the Ayrshire coasts from one side, Ailsa Craig from another, and can even see out to Northern Ireland.
And interested buyers can get all of this for less than what it could cost to buy a flat in Glasgow's west end.

According to Northern Lighthouse Board, the keeper of the island's lighthouse withdrew in 1990 when the station became automated.
It is now being monitored remotely from Edinburgh. There is also a large variety of wildlife surrounding the island and has previously been close to dolphins, seals and even basking sharks.
Knight Frank said that more than 100 different species of bird have been recorded on the island in the past.
