Construction has been working since 1986 and Taw Win Company was names in 1993. Currently, Orchid Condominium has been already completed. Later, low-cost housings will be built with the price of 4.2 million and 4.5 million MMK by 5years-term project.
Cooking factory will be built in the housing to be convenient for the residents’s eating with three thousands kyat. Residnets’ needs such as hospital, market and so on will be provided later.
Being able to build low-cost housing will decrease the numbers of squatters and will solve the basic salary problems between the employers and workers. Design takes part as a main place in constructing a building. So, the company learns the design first then the low-cost buildings will be built.
Previously, low-cost housings have been built, however, the amount could not be enough for the really necessary people. Therefore, the numbers of low-cost housing will be increased to build.
