Kan Thar Yar Centre is being built on 3.53 acres of land at Thein Pyu Old Driving Field at the corner of Kan Yeike Thar Road and U Aung Myat Road. Kan Thar Yar Centre Project includes 4 towers: hotel, office tower, residence, service apartment, and shopping mall.
Residence consists of 134 rooms and 25 floor, office tower with 168 rooms and 23 floors, service apartment with 171 rooms and 23 floor, and hotel with 237 rooms. One car parking is provided for each room. Office tower, service apartment and shopping mall would be available for 700 vehicles.
It is divided into three types of rooms. The average price for 1 sqft is 330 thousands MMK and 1 sqft for office is 360 thousands MMK.
The rooms are already pre-sold, 70% of residence, 30% of office are sold out. The projects are located near the famous places of Yangon. Therefore, a pleasant neighbourhood could be created.
