The Interview with Singer Zwe Pyae about His Apartment decorated as He Likes

Singer Zwe Pyae recently owned his private apartment which is bought with his income. He prepared his apartment with the satisfied design.

He bought an apartment of a new condominium which is situated in 148 Street Tamwe Township. Moreover, room decorations were completed in Early March. His room with brown wall and yellow lights is not very wide but neat and quiet. 
iMyanmarHouse.com Property Magazine questioned the related feelings about his new home and the experiences on a strict planning and preparations. 
Q- Can you share the experiences in your own preparations for your apartment purchased with your income? 
A-The room is empty when I have bought. I asked the help from my teacher to prepare the room. And I prepared the room together with the people by the help of my teacher. 
A-Before preparing the room, I went to my teacher’s house. I liked the theme of that house in Bangkok. I asked to decorate my room like that house. It took just about one month for home preparation. It cost about 17 million MMK at all. 
Q- Have you been convenient with the preparation team? Have you got your desired room design? Can you share about your experiences in your room preparation? 
A-Before preparing, I showed the house design in Bangkok I like. But some decorations could not be decorated in Myanmar. But they decorated to get the best design as much as they could. I bought other kitchen accessories by myself. 
Q - Why did you buy this small apartment and why do you like this layout design? 
A-In fact, the house must get light. This apartment is enough space for our family. I don’t want very wide room. It is situated near downtown and is a good transportation place. Moreover, it is situated near market, shopping centre, hospital like that. The quarter is also quiet at night. These are the main reasons why I like this apartment. 
Q- What did you prepare the interior room design? Can you tell your idea how to decorate the living room and bedroom? 
A-The team showed me the paintings set to paint the room walls. At that time, I chose the brown color because it is a cold color. And then, the room lights are in yellow. Moreover, the electric lines are refrained inside the brick wall. I prepared like these. 
Q- Can you share your feelings that you are living at your new house and how the house is important? 
A-How the house is important is that I used to go to the rural shows and I feel tired but when I arrived back to my home, all of the tiredness is lost. 
A-I prepared my apartment to be a relaxed place. So I fell relaxed when I arrived to my home. Staying together with mother is also a kind of happiness. So, I took my mother to stay with me together in my new apartment. 
Q- How did you decorate your own room? 
A-I did not prepare my own room with too much accessories. I lived in my aunt’s house before. So, my things are in two houses. As the room is not too wide, other accessories like sound system are set up in the living room. Moreover, I like the clean and quiet room. Besides, I like any kind of lack of dust in the house and with a level of such standards. If so, it will be convenient for me. 
Q- How is this condominium apartment different with your house with fold in your home town? 
A-In my house at home town, I don’t need to find car parking around because there are much spaces for parking. In Yangon, there is a little difficulty for car parking. When I late arrived back at night, I have no space for parking. This apartment has not car parking. So, it is not easy to fine parking space. 
Q- Do you have any inconvenience in staying at this apartment? 
A-It is ok not different at all because when I stayed at my home town, I had to go outside to work and I am at home at night-time sleep. Now, it is not different before.
