The four bed, four bath home was built in 1902 in the Denny Blaine subdivision of Seattle, Wash.
According to the listing, it's 8,212 square feet and sits on 0.74 acres of land.

The Nirvana frontman was residing in the house with his wife Courtney Love and daughter Frances-Bean Cobain when he was found dead in the greenhouse in April of 1994.
