The seminar on the prospects of real estate market conditions within this year was held at Zealax Hotel, Strand Road, Yangon on February 27.
The seminar was jointly held by global real estate services and investment management company Colliers International and Shwe Taung Real Estate and they discussed the difficulties facing in following the rules and regulations in evaluating the value of real estate properties.
“The current real estate and construction sector in Myanmar is only at the beginning of development. The main challenges and difficulties are to follow the rules and regulations in evaluating the value of real estate properties, ”said Mr. Karlo, Managing Director of Colliers International Myanmar.
The Colliers International will discuss strategic solutions to the challenges facing infrastructure valuation.
At the seminar, the Colliers International has announced ten predictions of real estate and construction sector for Myanmar in 2020.
