Moreover, many projects with a cost of around US$ 5 billion are still left to be implemented, he added.
The projects will be implemented as the urban development projects. As a result, it will create many investment opportunities to the transport sector and real estate sector, said Chief Minister of Yangon Region.
The demand on the electricity will be raised up to twice than normal due to the impact of Myothit project and special economic zones, U Phyo Min Thein said at the Myanmar Infrastructure Summit 2018 ceremony held on March 20.
