Payment Plans For the Apartments Under Construction

According to the news from Myanmar Builders Guide, the payment plans for the apartments under construction are noted as below:

No. (156)

The initial payment is 30% and the remaining payment can be paid with 5 years installment plan by linking with KBZ Bank.

The apartment value of the ground floor is K 3.5 billion, eight floor is K 1.2 billion and the pent house is K 1.5 billion. The width of each apartment is (23ft×45ft) and the pent house is 621sqft.

The project includes total (8) floors and each floor includes one apartment unit and a pent house. The supported facilities are eight persons-available elevators, Paing foundation, private meter and motor, generator, a transformer and security systems.

The project will be implemented starting from August 2018 and completed in August 2019. The project will be built responsible by Sun Myat Tun Construction and is located in No.(156), Upper Pazuntaung Road, Taunglonepyan Ward, Minglartaungnyunt Township.

Bo Cho Apartment

The initial payment is 30% and the remaining payment can be paid with 5 years installment plan by linking with KBZ Bank or CB Bank.

The project includes total (8) floors and each floor includes four units of apartment and a pent house. The width of each apartment is (36ft×6inchs×42ft) and total width is 1853sqft.

The apartment value is started from K 1.8 billion to K 2.5 billion. The supported facilities are car parking at the ground floor available for one car per apartment, two elevators available for eight persons, Paing foundation, private meter and motor, generator, a transformer and security systems.

The project will be implemented starting from June 2018 and completed in June 2019. The project will be built responsible by Sun Myat Tun Construction.

The project is located in No.(118), Ngar Htat Gyi Pagoda Road, Bogyoke (2) Ward, Bahan Township.

No. (34 FG)

The project is located in No.(34 FG), Zayathukha Road, Myittarnyunt Ward, Tamwe Township.

The width of each apartment is (27ft×44ft) and includes one Master Bedroom and one Regular Bedroom. The supported facilities are motor, water sprinkler and water tap, bathroom floor and (5) ft tile wall, tile surface of oven with (3) ft height, kitchen floor, wall basin, teak main door, PVC doors for bathroom and toilet room, one private motor, tile floor for verandah, Aluminum slide window, partition and door system for kitchen room and living room, one elevator, one generator and security system.
