People Who Got Opportunity To Purchase Low-Cost Housings Must Get In Touch With The Department Of Urban and Housing Development
People who have the opportunity in purchasing low-cost housing projects must get in touch with the Department of Urban and Housing Development. If not, they would be withdrawn from the lists.
The lists that could purchase low-cost housing project have been announced at the Office (40), the Department of Urban and Housing Development, Naypyitaw and the Department of Urban and Housing Development on Bogyoke Aung San Road, Yangon Region and the CHDB branches.
“They must contact the Department during two weeks. If not, they would be canceled from the lists. Some of them didn’t get their desired room, so, they don’t want to purchase. It would aggrieve for those who really want to purchase the housing,” said Daw Mi Mi Tin, the Director of the Department of Urban and Housing Development.
The Department of Urban and Housing Development has been selling more than 2100 units of rooms in Yuzana, Shwelinban and Kanaung Housing Projects for those who meet the specific saving amount at CHDB.
The rules and regulations have been issued for those who have the opportunity to purchase low-cost housings. They must have regular monthly income and be able to pay for the bank loan regularly.
The low-cost housing projects can be purchased in accordance with the senior order of bank savings accounts. If they don’t like the rooms, they can wait for the next time, according to the news from the Department of Urban and Housing Development.
