Vantage Tower is built by Myint & Associate Co.,Ltd. on Pyay Road, Yangon. It is situated near Inya Lake on Pyay Road, far about 7 miles from Yangon International Airport, 5 miles from downtown. Therefore, it is an easy transportation access place. Moreover, you can enjoy the scenery of the river on the north, Inya Lake and Shewdagon Pagoda.

Another advantage is that it includes Myanmar’s first Uptime Institute Tier III Certified Data Centre and is connected with Fiber Cable of MPT and Yadanarpon Teleport. This Data Centre will support internet services for the people renting office. Moreover, Rack rental and required services for those who hired Collocation Server will be undertaken from this Data Centre.

The building is divided into (A) and (B) and there will be 144 cars parking to solve parking difficulties for those who hire office. For Electricity, there will be (3) generators to access 150 % of electricity in the whole building.

2 Tier Key Card System has been used mainly for those to safely work. Security Gate Transit and clicking elevator floor buttons can be run only with this Card. Programs such as preventing going to the other floors apart from the designated floor have been included in Card System.
