Launch of Zegyo Plaza (Night Bazaar) shops for rent was successfully hosted by iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar's No.1 property website, in Zegyo Plaza, Mandalay on 11th, 12th & 13th (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) December 2019.
In the launch of the Zegyo Night Bazaar, sculptures, gems arts and drawings of seven well-known artists and Korean costumes were exhibited for sale.
The puppet and cane-ball performances were also included as special programs on 11th (Wednesday) December 2019.
Zegyo Palza is the first night bazaar in Mandalay. The shops can be opened from 11 am to 11 pm and entertainment programs will be presented at every weekend. The clothing, cosmetic, jewellery, fancy accessory, furniture and kitchenware shops can be operated and cinema as well.
The floor area of the shops starts from 10 sqft. In the event, the renters were offered up to 3-month rent-free and 50% discounts.
“This event was hosted for customers to be able to rent shops in Zegyo Plaza for night bazaar. Zegyo Plaza is the first night bazaar in Mandalay and located downtown so we believe the business operations there by the renters will be successfull.” said U Nay Min Thu, Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com.
