Road signs which include road number and Zip Code begin to be installed in Chan Mya Tharsi Township, Mandalay Region. Starting from southern Theitpan Road which is named as 101 Road and it contains former road name and the set numbers and zip code numbers.
Donors have donated road signs and the names of donors will also be installed, according to reports.
Road signs are made strong enough and words are also made clear and accurate. A road signboard will cost k 60,000 including electricity post, road direction, advertisement. 15000 and 20000 electricity posts have already been donated.
Mandalay’s road numbers from 1st road to 50th road are the eastern and western roads. The southern and western roads are within 51st road and No.100. Starting from souther Theitpan Road, the eastern and western roads are named starting from 101 road.
