Cindy McCain and the late John McCain's high-rise condominium in Phoenix’s upscale Biltmore area is for sale. The asking price is $3.1 million.
The McCains moved into the 6,500-square-foot condo at 24th Street and Camelback Road in 2006.
It has five bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a dual-sided fireplace in the master suite, views from all directions and five parking spaces.
The couple paid $4.6 million for the then-new condo, according to real estate records.
John McCain, Arizona's longtime U.S. senator, died in August.
In October, his widow, Cindy McCain, purchased a 5,000-square-foot home in north-central Phoenix for $2.28 million.
In 2008, as John McCain made his second presidential run, the couple sold an almost 14,500-square-foot house on 2 acres near Central and Glendale avenues for $3.2 million.
Cindy McCain’s new home is not far from the family's former estate in north-central Phoenix.
The McCains also have a creek-side ranch in Cornville, Arizona, and condos in La Jolla, California; Coronado, California; and Arlington, Virginia, according to John McCain's campaign disclosures during the 2008 presidential race.
