The building status and the payment plans of the apartments under construction in Yangon are described as follow:

The payment plan of the No.(903) Apartment is K 1.1 million or K 1.8 million per month with 5 years to 8 years installment plan through CB Bank at 13 interest rate.
There are total 8 floors and 2 rooms per floor. The room is (19ft×54ft) wide and 1026 sqft. The pent house with the width of (38ft×5ft) is also included.
The price of third floor is K 1.15 billion, the fourth floor is K 1.15 billion, the sixth floor is K 1 billion, the seventh floor is K 1 billion and the pent house is K 1.5 billion. The project was implemented on March 2017 and the rooms will be delivered to the buyers in March, 2018.
The Project is designed by ST&T Architects and built by Tet Thit Nay Won Construction. The Apartment is located in No.(903), Byamaso Road, 5 Ward, South Okalapa Township.
