Trust & Gain Company Limited, was founded (in 2009) with the purpose to build the systematic as well as qualified buildings. It was first participated as Material Supplier in Sedona Hotel construction in 1996.
“We, Trust & Gain Company Limited are building bridges, schools as well as hospitals, clinics, Ministry buildings, besides, eight and halt-storey apartments and single apartments in Yangon” said U Kyi Htun, managing director of Trust & Gain Company Limited.
Currently, private and government buildings as well as the projects of foreign investors have been constructing. Trust & Gain Company Limited are preparing the apartments and housings which have been constructed and sold.
“The market was in unstable condition because the businessmen take part as the market players” U Kyi Htun reviewed about the real estate market.
He said that with the release of Condo Law, the foreigners could purchase the properties and hence the market would be improved soon.
