NHM construction had been founded in 2010. At first, the company has built most of the single houses. They have built most in Yankin Township, South Okalapa Township, Hlaing Township and Hlaing Thyar Township since the company was founded. “The apartments including elevator have been installed CCTV. The pre-purchase has been planned by NHM Construction. It can be saved the price by pre-purchasing. If the customers purchase the already built apartments, they have to pay money immediately. If the customers buy as pre-purchase, it will be more convenient for both of customers and the company.
It is known that the company builds single houses, giving and taking rooms and the building including elevator projects. They build 120lakhs to 1000lakhs valued projects. NHM construction provides decoration design as customers’ satisfaction.
“2016 property market is being quiet at present. In late 2017, market conditions are expected to bring back to the good position. But the price cannot get to the previous position. Moreover, Condo Law is less effective for the building. Present property market differs from the former market conditions,” said U Min Kyaw Thu, Managing Director of NHM Construction.
NHM Construction built most in South Okalapa. The apartments including elevators have been sold from 580lakhs to 1000lakhs. NHM Construction uses the good quality products to be convenient for both of the residents and the owner.
“In concern with 2016 property market, the customers can choose more, and the constructor will be convenient by price reductions. Moreover, estate prices are not expensive like before, and then the apartment prices had lost too much,” he said.
